KASTO uniline sheet metal storage

UNILINE In-Line Storage Systems from KASTO stand for flexibility in the design of sheet metal storage systems. For commissioning steel distributors, to interface sheet metal processing machines or as a logistics center to store boxes, tools and other materials in manufacturing companies, these systems are in demand. The system can be planned as a one or double-sided system with usable loads up to 5 tons per storage location and a system height of 25 m.

System for all sheet sizes

The storage system offers different pallet sizes for different sheet sizes, transport pallets and flat goods; different sized pallets can be combined into one storage system. Various station designs are possible and always allow an optimum solution for each application for material removal. The stations can be located on all sides as well as on several levels.

Machine interface

Material and data flow are either controlled by the fully automatic storage control EasyControl, based on an HD-free industrial PC with color display and touch-screen operation or by the proven KASTO inventory control computer KASTOlvr. It goes without saying that the EasyControl as well as the LVR can be interfaced with higher-ranking inventory management and/or manufacturing control systems as well as with different processing machines.
