KASTO lift sheet metal storage

The KASTOlift is the new, handy and compact variant of an efficient storage system. Designed for the electromotive-supported operation, workshops, trade and small and medium-sized industrial enterprises profit by the KASTO technology. The universal compact storage system KASTOlift impresses with its superiority and is easy to integrate into a tool shop or production field. It supports the locksmith's shop as well as the metal working industry, and it can be appplicated for the material distribution in production or trade.

No matter in which field you use the KASTOlift, it always presents itself as an efficient and practical oriented alternative to hardly comprehensible stocks kept at the work bench on one hand and costly manually operated storage systems on the other hand. Well arranged and fast at hand the KASTOlift stores for example bars, plates, tools and boxes, half-finished products and finished goods. At the KASTOlift cassettes, individual racks or single bars can be moved in four directions. The result is a simplified material handling and an optimum material flow which means more efficiency for the production.

Up to 3 (tons) carrying capacity per compartment

The economic "fast storage system" enables a quick access to the stored material, pallets and cassettes. Standard elements of crane operation guarantees an easy and safe operation and a fast supply of the goods. The cassettes, single stanchions or individual bars can be moved vertically and horizontally. The cassettes have a carrying capacity of three tons.

Handling Highlight

The different subdivisions of compartments provide flexibility in use, the maximum height of 4 metres of the KASTOlift can be adapted to the requirements. The "overhead handling" by crane is no longer used. The KASTOlift is operated manually by a flexible hanging pedant control which for example enables a direct transport of material from or onto a roller conveyor. The operation runs smoothly and safe and only one operator is necessary.
