KASTO ServiceKASTO Ltd runs a team of eight Service Engineers located throughout the UK. They provide top class service on all KASTO sawing machines, bar and sheet storage systems as well as other manufacturers' equipment. Following the acquisition in May 2006 of the French company, MISSLER, KASTO Ltd has taken over the service, sales and parts distribution for MISSLER band and circular saws in the UK. (link to article in news section) At the KASTO facility in Germany, our Service Engineers undertake continual product training on KASTOtec, KASTOtwin and Missler sawing machines, KASTOunitower, KASTOunibloc and KASTOunicompact bar and sheet storage systems as well as all other sawing machines in the KASTO range. In this way we ensure our Service Engineers are fully up to date with the latest technology used on our sawing machines and storage systems for long stock and sheet. KASTO Service Engineers are equipped with modern vehicles, mobile telecommunication, satellite navigation equipment and laptop computers to aid in the service we can provide to customers for routine maintenance and breakdown response. Our engineers also carry a comprehensive spare parts stock in their vehicles to shorten reaction times and maximise our customers' productivity. KASTO Service Agreements KASTO offers Service Agreements on all our sawing, bar and sheet metal storage systems as well as on other manufacturers' equipment. A Service Agreement can offer two, three or even four visits per annum and is designed to ensure your machine is kept in optimum condition and your operators are constantly trained in its use, thus reducing your maintenance costs and down time. KASTO Ltd operates a technical hotline which gives advice and assistance on all KASTO and MISSLER products including KASTOtec, KASTOtwin, KASTObloc, KASTOplate, KASTOhba, KASTOspeed and the KASTO workshop range of sawing machines as well as KASTOunitower, KASTOunibloc and KASTOunicompact bar and sheet metal storage systems. This service is available 5 days a week from 08.30 to 1700 hours and we aim to respond to your breakdown calls within 12 working hours, Monday to Friday. The KASTO Service Agreement scheme also provides detailed historical reports of KASTO machines and systems as well as other manufacturers' equipment in your factory, availability of which complies with the revised BS and ISO 9002 standard to assist in long term capital expenditure planning. |
