Fully automatic circular sawing machines are used in the forging- and cold extrusion industries, automotive, valve and steel service centres. The machines are economic to run especially when sawing in high batches. The machine can be used with solid HSS or carbide tipped saw blades. The cutting rate and cutting speed are adapted to suit each material together with the short cycle times, economic cutting of steel, aluminium and other nonferrous materials is guaranteed. Extremely accurate cuts are achieved using a bar pusher and an electro hydraulically-controlled length gauge. The comprehensive modular design concept means that each machine can be fitted with all types of magazines or be integrated to the KASTO storage systems. Cut pieces can be sorted into containers, alternatively other end processing machines or washing stations can be linked.
