KASTOspeed 9

Automatic circular sawing machine for fast, accurate sawing of large quantities of cut pieces of steel with tensile strength up to 1400 N/mm², also high alloyed with carbide tipped saw blades, not regrindable, cutting width 2 respectively 2.5 mm. Also suited for sawing with HSS solid saw blades, TIN coated, with max. 3 mm cutting width, e.g. of steel tubes.

KASTOspeed C 14

For sawing with carbide tipped saw blades of steel, solid material and steel tubes up to 140 mm round, also with HSS solid material up to 140 mm round, also with HSS solid saw blades.

KASTOspeed M 14

For sawing with HSS solid and carbide tipped saw blades of aluminium, brass and copper, different cutting speed ranges, solid material up to 140 mm round, profiles up to 140 x 120 mm. Variants of Equipment All machines with inclined magazine, infeed roller conveyor with pusher carriage, hydraulically dampened precision cut piece length gauge (different ranges of cut piece length), cut piece discharge equipments with sorting device for trim cuts and remnants. Option: Bundle loader for bar bundles, weight 3 or 5 tons, flat magazine making available bars with delicate surface, particularly profiles, cut piece discharge conveyors with push off units, special cut piece discharge equipments, to interlink with other machining equipment, chip conveyor, chip suction units, device Gevo for volume-/weight accurate blanks for cold extrusions.
