Band sawing machine of robust construction, for cutting of profiles, tubes and solid material at 90° and for mitre cuts on both sides until ± 60°. The precise adjustment for mitre cut can be infinitely adjusted, digital display, automatic clamping. The center of motion is situated in the intersecting point between saw band and material guide edge, this guarantees an exact reference line for measurements at 90° and for mitre cuts.

Feed control with KASTO-Universal Hydraulic UH Means constant feed speed, when solid material is cut, when profiles and tubes are cut, the feed is adapted to the section to be cut. Requested value to be pre-selected at control panel. The KASTO-Universal Hydraulic System guarantees an optimum adaptation of the feed to the cross section that has to be cut as well as an automatic overload protection of the saw band. The feed speed is infinitely pre-selectable and can be checked and optimized via cutting pressure manometer. This innovative feed system guarantees short-cutting times, long band life and precise cut-off pieces.
