KASTO functional bandsaw
Fully hydraulic high-performance automatic band sawing machine of solid construction designed for use in workshops and capable to perform any cut-to-length or mitre cutting tasks in the case of tubes, sec-tions and solid material. In addition to straight cuts, mitres can be cut flexibly and quickly by adjusting the saw head easily to the left by 45° and to the right by 60°. The mitre angle is adjusted quickly via an easy to read scale. Straight and mitre cuts up to 45° to the right are carried out, cuts from 45° to the left and up to 60° to the right are carried out in semi-automatic operation with automatic bar feed. The new CompactControl (Siemens S 5 compatible) operator’s panel ensures optimum machine opera-tion via function keys. For mass production, up to 30 data records can be preselected via push button. After making the desired number of cuts, the machine shuts off automatically. By reducing set-up times to a minimum, maximum cutting performances are achieved in automatic mode. The precise drive via ball screw spindle in material feed guarantees an material length positioning. The infinitely adjustable fully hydraulic cutting feed allows sensitive and blade-saving cutting.

The use of a differential current switch in the mains in coming supply is not permitted. |
