KASTO & Kanefusa announce a new partnership |
KASTO & Kanefusa are very pleased to announce a brand new partnership agreement for the supply of Carbide & Cermet "Ferro Max Cold Saw Technology™" saw blades for the UK & Ireland.
Since 1844 KASTO has always pushed the boundaries of what is capable when sawing and storing steel with over 125,000 saws and 1500 storage systems installed world wide.
KASTO as a group have grown nearly 100% over the last 5 years. It now employs nearly 700 people and has achieved a turnover in excess of 150 Million Euro in '08.
Over recent years KASTO has developed a series of high speed carbide circular saw machines called the "Speed, Variospeed & Gripspeed"cutting up to 150mm diameter solid bar.
Kanefusa are one of Japans largest manufacturers of high quality industrial tooling. Recently Kanefusa have produced specific tooth geometry and PVD coated blades with "Ferro Max Cold Saw Technology™" for Gears, drive shafts, intake manifolds, cylinder liners, connecting rods, bearings & shock absorbers etc for both carbon and stainless steel.
KASTO of course can supply Kanefusa blades for other manufacturers machines and would like to discuss your requirements in more detail, and offer the correct blade and lowest cost per cut for your business.

Kanefusa ST-4 Cermet Tipped Saw Blade
For Solid cutting of carbon 0.15% - 0.45% & alloy steels. |
ST-4 teeth have a high impact resistance, which relates to a longer tool life. Will Cut 5 times faster than a conventional HSS circular or band saw. Cut surface is significantly better compared to conventional sawing. |
